Surfing Lessons
Surfing is the perfect way to spend your holiday in Mui Ne
Our surfing lessons are for everybody, those who never tried to surf before or those with some experience of wave riding. The emphasis in these small group classes is on fun and safety. We make surfing easy to learn with our simple instructions, and easy to ride with soft-top surfboards. The average student start to surf in their first lesson! If you already have some surfing experience, just let us know, there is always more to learn.
The 1.5 hour lesson starts on the beach with short theory about surf technique and safety, how to lay on the board, paddling correct and how to stand up. Then time to practice in the sea, trying to stand up on the board and catch your first wave.
During Surfing Lessons you will learn:
• Basics of surfing: understanding safety, all about the waves, currents and tides.
• Surf technique, theory on the beach how to stand up.
• Rules in the water.
• Paddling position, duck dive.
• How to balance on the board.
• Catch the wave.
• Waves riding.
Have mastered the beginner skills and wish to learn more? We will show you how to catch more waves, whilst keeping you safe. You will learn how to choose the right size of the surfboard, how to maintain speed during paddling, how to push the surfboard under the water (duck dive), how to do nice turns, the right of way rules and more. Please let us know what you would like to learn.
We are happy to rent surfboards to experienced surfers, and anyone who has completed one of our surfing lessons. Let the surf adventure begin!

Price includes: All students are provided with surfing gear, helmet, sun protecting rashguards and water.
What to bring: All you need is a swimming costume or boardshorts, towel and sunblock.
